"I enjoyed my stay overall and had a great experience with the hotel. The property was nice, and aside from a couple of issues, I was happy with my stay. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the Asian restaurant at all the food was very disappointing and was probably the biggest downside for me. I also felt that the communication regarding transportation with the bus company could have been much better and more organized. Other than those two things, I enjoyed my time at the resort and would still consider staying again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Excellence Oyster Bay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was fantastic, and the entire resort made for such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. "The place was very clean, elegant once you walk in staff was very sincere, pleasurable helpful The beachfront was very relaxing. Staff came over to ask what you needed to drink. What I didn’t like The Friday night and Saturday night entertainment 11 PM at the disco was horrible. The DJ did not know what to play to entertain the crowd both night. He played the exact same thing as he put in a cassette from the 80s."

"The owners were very attentive; they accommodated our arrival time and gave us tips about the city—they were very kind. The house was beautiful, and the room was incredibly bright, featuring a terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding nature. The pool was clean, and the outdoor area, was stunning. The only thing that seemed disproportionate to me was the A/C fee—$50 per night struck me as excessive."

"The kitchen is being renovated so there was no food, however, there is a snack area. The room was clean and there is a nice view, the front desk person was courteous. I will return if I have business in that parish. "
