    The White Water Oceanfront Home offers two inviting bedrooms for a relaxing stay. The spacious master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a large bathroom with a soaking tub & rain shower. The guest bedroom has a cozy queen bed and closet with access to a full guest bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the many unique dining options just minutes away.

    We welcome pets, but they must be added at the time of booking and a pet fee applies.

This is a great property! The location is very quiet, and the entire back of the home has an unobstructed view of the the ocean. You are able to sit on a built-in bench seat that runs the width of the main room while listening to the waves hit the shoreline. The kitchen is well appointed and also has a view of the ocean. The home was clean and well taken care of. My stay in this home was very relaxing.

The house was clean and has amazing views. The host was easy to contact and we had no issues. Definitely use the hot tub. Nothing like a morning soak looking out at the ocean.

Loved having 2 full bathrooms for 4 people! Fantastic views. Location is centrally located to Elk and Point Arena. Would stay here again!

We are repeat customers for this property so that should say a lot. It’s amazing in every way. The hosts are fantastic and answer questions right away. Fireplace is awesome! Hot tub at sunset is like straight out of a movie. Kitchen has everything you need. Great showers and tubs. VERY comfy beds. We would come more often if we could. Great local restaurants and grocery store close by, even a Casino! Like a decent legit Casino! Who would have thought that!? We will definitely be back again.

This home was clean and well supplied (no tea but there was coffee).Didn’t use hot tub so can’t comment. Here’s what we had problems with. Electric switches and plugs that were semi functional. Dishwasher that didn’t work. Electronic Door lock and lockbox were both in poor condition and difficult to operate. Windows were difficult to open and the blinds were not in good shape.

Incredible view, hot tub and well furnished - all the ingredients for a relaxing week. The host was great with very quick responses both during the booking process and during the stay when a question came up. Highly recommend and I’ll be back.

I had a wonderful stay at the Morgan House! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. The location is truly special, offering beautiful ocean views and peaceful surroundings that made it easy to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Private beach access was a convenient short distance from the property. The home itself was well-maintained and equipped with everything I needed, making my stay feel seamless and stress-free.The host was communicative and helpful, ensuring we had all the information we needed ahead of time and answering questions in a timely matter as they came up. It’s clear a lot of care goes into making this a welcoming space for guests! Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely recommend the Morgan House to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic escape along the coast. I’d happily return again.

The views are amazing. Others have mentioned the sunsets and they did not disappoint. We had wonderful weather and did go to Irish Beach. Super easy drive. In a neighborhood but didn't feel crowded. Close to other points of interest as well like Pt Arena lighthouse. Which you can see from house. If you do have anyone mobility impaired, you should note its required to go upstairs to both bathrooms and bedrooms. But they are not too steep and didn't bother us but to be aware. And kitchen is a little small if you plan on doing gourmet cooking or have a crowd. Perfect for us though. Would stay again

We had to wait 90 min to check in. The host said they experienced a power outage which we understood, however when we began in the kitchen we suddenly realized the lights were not working and most of the outlets were not working. This mostly got resolved late the following day with the exception of the overhead kitchen light. The MB had no dresser as well as no place to hang clothes as well as no hangers. The closet was shelved and most of the shelves were stuffed full with extra comforters and tile from the MB bathroom remodel. The lights in the MB bathroom switches were not working properly and had to be manipulated between on and off for the ceiling lights to work.at all. Two plastic coated Adirondack chairs provided the only place on the deck to relax. Not a comfortable seat available in the whole property. Very disappointing and we probably will stop going to VRBO properties in the future.

Great family getaway

Great family getaway. Our second stay here in this beautiful old treasure. The view is amazing.The house had everything we needed.
