Heading upstairs, the open-plan living area invites you in with its two plush sofas, perfect for lounging, and a dining table for four. The space is enhanced by large windows that allow light to stream through, creating a bright and airy feel. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with two parallel counters in clean white tones, providing everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
The second bedroom, located next to the living area, features another double size bed and a wardrobe, offering plenty of storage and a peaceful escape.
Please note that stays over 10 days include a complimentary cleaning every 10 days with fresh linen, towels, and a welcome pack refill.

Within walking distance to Manchester Piccadilly, the universities, and the city’s best shopping spots, this is an ideal location to explore all the city has to offer. Despite the central location, the apartment provides easy access to the ring road and Manchester International Airport, making travel in and out of the city convenient.
Parking spaces not available, but the property is less than 10 minutes by walking from Manchester Piccadilly Station.

We wiill be your hosts and we offer guests carefully selected, stylish homes with the professional service of hotel, on call 7 days a week to help.
We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay.
The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week.
When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
Our standard check in time is 15:00-21:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.
Check-in fees:
13:00- 14:30 - £40 additional fee
15:00 - 21:00 - Standard Check-in, no additional fee
21:20 - 00:00 - £70 additional fee
