The staff graciously handled a persistent noise complaint and moved me to a new room when the problem continued after their intervention. Parth in particular was my hero of the stay"

"This place is a dump. TV wouldn’t stay connected to the cable, kept having to unplug and replug. Landline in room had no dial tone. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. I was supposed to get free parking while I was traveling but they charged me $8 per day. They said it was because I booked through expedia. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I will never go there again. Avoid this place!!!"

"The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast goes till 11:00, something I really appreciate, and the breakfast room is comfortable yet elegant. The carpeting in the hallways is getting a little tired, but it's clean."
