"I liked that the overall property was clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the various pools, water slides and the variety of food offered. More shaded areas poolside are needed, as this was a challenge most days. While I generally really enjoyed my stay and the friendliness of the staff, one concern was around room security. We lost one of our room keys and reported it and was told it was disabled and a new one was issued, I followed up with another person at front desk about 1hr later and was advised the same thing.The following day I found the lost key and it opened my door."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Eden Bay Resort! The resort was clean, peaceful, and beautiful, and we had an amazing time. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and professional, and even the other guests made the experience enjoyable. Three staff members really stood out to us. Bridget at Marlin’s Restaurant went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and well taken care of. Tyrone was extremely professional, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Lee was so enthusiastic and energetic, and she brought such a great vibe to the pool area—she truly helped make it perfect! All of the staff were wonderful, but Bridget, Tyrone, and Lee really made our stay extra special. We have nothing negative to say about our experience. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the cleanliness, the food, and the outstanding service. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely return!"

"The owners were very attentive; they accommodated our arrival time and gave us tips about the city—they were very kind. The house was beautiful, and the room was incredibly bright, featuring a terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding nature. The pool was clean, and the outdoor area, was stunning. The only thing that seemed disproportionate to me was the A/C fee—$50 per night struck me as excessive."
