"We spent a wonderful week here. The location is really peaceful and the children loved the garden and games room. It is ideally located to visit sights in the area; Mont St Michel, St Malo, the d-day beaches and Bayeux were all within easy reach. We spent a great day at Carolles beach and recommend a visit into Avranches too. The house had everything we needed for a family holiday and we would definitely return."

"The property is not as shown in photos on website. These photos are from several years ago and do not reflect it’s current state. It is very tired and in need of an update. For the price paid I would not expect to arrive and have bed sheets that were many years old (they were clean), a broken toilet seat and a dirty barbecue! Whilst the village is very rural there is nothing there so please ensure you stock up on supplies."

"Can’t check in before 1600. Your names and allocated rooms appear on a list. Reception shuts at 1600. If you have a problem with your room there is no one to take ownership of the problem and resolve it there and then. We had an upstairs studio apartment which had a very small bedroom and awkward to get into bed because of the sloping roof. On arrival the blinds wouldn’t shut and the bathroom sink plug wouldn’t pop up. Both issues were resolved the next day. We are getting on a bit and didn’t expect a 1st floor studio apartment with no outdoor space but we should have read the small print on the website. It was hard to differentiate between the rooms on the website and what each offered. You had to trawl through the rooms individually and see if the blurb had balcony or picnic area. Pool wasn’t open when we were there but the location was nice and convenient for the town, restaurants and the pleasant walk to Mount St Michel."
