Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und modern. Hier ist immer was los bis spät abends, also definitiv kein lahmes Rentner Hotel. Die Buffets sind okay von der Auswahl, aber die Qualität ist eher mittelmäßig. Aber auch damit kommt man klar

Niet te groot complex, kamers zijn goed en mooi zwembad. De titel “ultra all in” vind ik niet passen, gezien je extra moet betalen voor een suikerspin, fruitdrankje, alla cart restaurant en voor roomservice €5,- voor 1 bakkie koffie moet betalen. Verder is het oké en de entertainment is wel goed en niet afgezaagd.

Wouldn't stay here again

Was really looking forward to staying here as it looked fantastic, but.... For a 5* hotel, found the food & drink provided very substandard. Badly labelled food and a small serving area, mainly served by unsmiling, uninterested staff. Nice room & view, although mattress and pillows seemed uncomfortable & cheap. Also, no pillow protectors which I hate..very unhygienic. Duvet in wardrobe had no covers also. No English TV which was disappointing. Odd design with toilet only separated by glass door from bedroom with gaps top and bottom. Bar staff seemed quite disinterested in serving guests (they generally just chatted to each other ignoring everybody) and almost none seemed to speak English (except the very likeable receptionist who checked us in). Hotel pool was too cold to swim and the indoor pool was inexplicably shut. The gym was dismal, lacking any kind of maintenance to the machines...eg. 3 running machines, all not working. Most the machines were faulty or unmaintained. WiFi outside was woeful...0.3Mbs which is almost unusuable. No WiFi on beach. Strange policy of only allowing ice cream for 1/2hr per day so always missed out. Why have that? Is ice cream so expensive? On checkout, forced to return to room to take back pool towels to spa to get cards to return to reception. Very pretty and lucky my cab wasn't waiting to go. Good place down the street for bargain shopping.

Çocuklu tatil için çok güzel

Çocuklar İle gitmek için çok eğlenceli, güzel, temiz ve rahat bir otel. Yemekleri çok güzeldi, kahvaltıda sıcaklar çok iyi değildi sadece, odalar çok güzel ve ferah personel çok ilgiliydi.

Insgesamt war es für uns sehr angenehm, aber ich finde die Getränke reine Katastrophe. Es gibt für Kinder einfach keine normalen Säfte. Keine Ahnung was das für Mischungen sind, aber ALLES Zucker pur!!! Mein Sohn hatte nicht immer Lust auf Wasser, weil er bei anderen natürlich andere "bunte Getränke" sah. Darauf hin hat er sich immer wieder was aus dem Poolbar geholt und da hat er etwas stinkt einfaches mit rote oder eine grüne Farbe in die Hand reingedrückt bekommen. Wenn ich für ihn bestellt und ausdrücklich „bitte etwas was weniger süß ist“ gesagt habe, haben sie doch Mühe gegeben und etwas besseres zusammengemischt . Die einzige Wasserrutsche war nur von in der früh bis 12 Uhr dann von 13-17 Uhr offen, was wir total doof fanden. Genau die Zeit wo man zum rutschen dort war, war es immer zu. Und ganz ehrlich 17 Uhr schon zu machen ist auch zu früh gewesen im Sommer. Wenn wir Meer waren und zurück kamen war es schon zu und mein Sohn wollte dann gar nicht mehr ans Meer. Das Personal ist super freundlich und nett. Essen gibt es allerlei und da braucht sich wirklich niemand wegen Auswahl beschweren. Sauber ist überall und Zimmer wunderschön. Ich würde gerne wieder hinfahren. Aber unbedingt Transfer mitbuchen, weil die Taxifahrer dort Banditen sind. Verlangen für 44 km bis zum Flughafen 60€!!! Uns hat Hotel ein Transfer für 100 Lira bis zum Flughafen organisiert. Vielen lieben Dank an Yeşim hanım.

dålig läge,

ok det är nära stranden och fint i rummen, men det är så dålig läge. solstolarna och parasoller tas från andra som man har passat med sina handdukar på. väldigt DÅLIG internet i Lobbyn. Och WIFI finns inte på rummen utan man måste betala 3 Euro per dag och ändå DÅLIGT .Har aldrig varit så på andra 5 stjärniga hotells. Personalen var duktiga och trevliga. Men mer personal behövs för en så stor hotellls med många gäster.

20 € med Taxi utanför Side

Ett stort all inclusive hotell som under högsäsong har många gäster med en stor matsal men endast en kö för varm mat. Det gjorde att när man väl kom fram till maten tog man lite extra (alla gjorde det) som innebar att maten tog snabbt slut och mycket fick slängas. Bra service annars och trevligt hotell.

Good Hotel - Awful Location

Hotels.com map and location details are WRONG. This hotel is NOT near Side, infact its 12km from Side. A good 40min local bus journey away. A lovely hotel but near nothing. DO NOT book this hotel if you wish to visit Side old town - which is the reason I booked it so I was not a satisfied customer. If you want a simple *All inclusive - never leave* type hotel its perfect.
