"What a perfect location on a really cool key. Nice little pool with a tiny dock on Lemon Bay, where we enjoyed the sunrise, birds, and dolphins. Just a short walk across the narrow key, and we enjoyed spectacular sunset! Surprisingly well built back after the hurricane of 2024, although we did have a little water in the living area after a crazy thunderstorm. The owner was attentive. Also noteworthy: I left a bunch of clothes in the closet, and the owner was gracious enough to have it all sent back to me in Vermont. Now that's customer service!"

"The Ocean Oasis is my favorite of any place I’ve stayed over 20 years on Manasota Key. Pat is wonderful, welcoming, friendly and very accessible. The condo has a feeling of visiting a friend’s home, rather than a commercial rental! The beach location, view and regular visits with Dave, as he made his rounds of the property are all ideal. Jet skiing and parasailing rentals are nearby, and terrific fun. Local restaurants are all recommended: Waverley, Farlows At the Beach, and Lock n Key have great food. TheTiki Bar for mojitos and morning coffee at Beachcomber Trading Post are a fun. However, the best place to be and where we spent most of our time, is right at the Oasis. Dolphins can be spotted out in the Gulf. I got beautiful photos and videos of the the water birds. We wished we could’ve stayed much longer. We look forward to future stays very much."
