"Everything was great."

"Great place to stay a night or two if you plan to visit Milford Sound."

"Loved the location and our stay"

"The location was great and convenient, but the cabin could have been a bit cleaner."

"We just loved it here. Kym was fantastic"

"One of the best motel in South Island! Includes well equipped kitchen, more than basic amenities compared to any motels. Highly recommended!"

"This was ok. We had to change our plans last minute so had to book late. This was no fuss. Thank you. Heat pump running all night downstairs was a bit distracting. Neighbour's talking on phone outside until 9.30pm annoying but not your fault. Staff issues so we never actually met anyone from there but that was OK. Extensive renovations going on at the moment (Sept 2026)which was a worry at first but it didn't affect us."

"We got in late and the hotel accommodated us and had everything ready. And then when I forgot an item in the room the hotel had it easy for us to pick up at a later time. Would definitely recommend and stay there again."

"Comfortable, warm, spacious rooms with all you need. Extremely helpful, friendly staff who made you feel very welcome."

"Strong shower pressure and a very clean room. Unfortunately, we had a power outage on the second evening, although thankfully it was restored within an hour."

"Comfortable and well priced. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful at check-in regarding nearby shops etc. 5 minute walk to lake Would definitely recommend."

"Great location by the lake and short walk to town centre."

"Küche leider sehr dreckig, einrichtung teilweise siffig"

"Spacious clean room. Only drawback is things like tv a bit dated. However, would return."
