"We had a great stay! The home was clean and nicely decorated, with a gated yard and a lovely deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee. There’s a walking trail down to the river, which has some of the best trout fishing around. We rented kayaks from the RV park across the water and even took a mini float trip. In the evenings, we made s’mores around the fire pit, and the clean shower had great water pressure.There’s just one TV, in the living room, which worked fine for us. We also loved Fog Dog Coffee, and Stateline Plaza Restaurant was our favorite place to eat. We tried Fred’s Fish House and Woods Riverbend Restaurant, too.Our only real downside was the neighbors. We had several uncomfortable interactions and felt they were overly involved in our business, which made parts of the stay less relaxing. This wasn’t the hosts’ fault, and we still enjoyed the home and its location."

'Angler's Ridge' Waterfront Family Getaway!

"We had 8 ladies in our group. The house was very spacious and served our needs well. Beds were comfy and two full bathrooms plus laundry room was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house is larger than it appears online. The contact Judy was exceptionally responsive and helpful. She took very good care of us. Tip: If you book, I would ask the owner ahead of check in to set the thermostat to a setting closer to what you will need depending on time of year. We stayed mid September and it was still close to 100 Degrees outside. The Thermostat was set as instructed to 85 degrees. It took almost 24 hours for the house to cool down completely. No complaints otherwise. Beautiful setting, convenient to lots of sights to see in the Ozarks. We really enjoyed our stay."
