Welcome to Courchevel! Location is everything – this comfortable condo is just steps away to Canyon Lodge (.3 miles) for easy access to the ski slopes, bike park, and public transportation to Canyon Lodge and the Village at Mammoth!
This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, parking for 2 cars and great HOA amenities including: 2 jacuzzis, pool (seasonal), on-site laundry, & BBQ area (seasonal).

About the space:
This 2-bed, 2 bath, Courchevel townhome is an excellent place to enjoy everything you love about Mammoth Lakes. The property is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!
This property is an upgraded, 1061 sq. ft., 3-story townhome, comfortably sleeping 6 people. The living area is located on the second story, offering a modern mountain feel with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout, bright picture windows overlooking the trees, and a private porch to take in the cool mountain air and night sky. The living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, and pellet stove to keep warm on cold winter nights. The dining room table has seating for 6, and bar seating for 3. The kitchen comes with everything needed to cook a delicious meal. It has been upgraded with solid stone countertops, refinished cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. There is a small wet bar off the kitchen area, perfect for making a drink after a long day on the slopes!
On the third level of the home are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, dresser and closet space for ample clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has been remodeled with solid stone vanity and a tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, also with dresser/closet space. The second bathroom is located off the second bedroom; it also has been remodeled with a solid stone vanity and tub/shower.
The first level of the home is a private 1 car garage; big enough to fit a vehicle and ski gear/equipment.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and pellets. Pellets are located in the garage.
You will have an amazing time staying in this serene home.
Guest access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Courchevel. There are two jacuzzis, swimming pool (seasonal), parking for 2 cars (1 in private garage, 1 in driveway), community BBQ (seasonal), and onsite laundry. **HOA Jacuzzi and Pool are closed as of 5/24/24.
There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage, and 1 spot available in the outdoor parking area. Parking passes provided and must be displayed in the vehicles at all times during your stay.
This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.
