"While the room was clean, the toilet didn't flush and the humidity in the room was very high (everything damp - tv, floor, etc.). They need a dehumidifier."

"Walked into the room to find the drawer front missing and the contents of the drawer showing. The front of the refrigerator was dirty. The carpets at the elevator were dirty. The refrigerator in the breakfast area was unclean and did not make for a good eating experience. The trash cans were overflowing and the lobby area had dirt around the rugs were it looked like it was just clean constantly cleaning around it without cleaning under it. The front desk attendant was nice but on phone when arrived. "
