"I use a scooter but can also use a walker for short distances. We had a handicapped room with a shower. I still put a towel down in the shower to avoid slipping, however, the to exit the shower there is a 8 inch slope and I slipped, causing a fall and hit my head hard against the shower. Because of my mobility I am unable to get up on my own as I have MS has affected my legs. My husband helped me get dressed, but the fire department finally came to assist. I have no intention of suing, but did let them know to get some anti- slip strips to put in their bathroom showers. Other than that the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Water was between the restroom and sink. The restroom door would not close due to water damage. The restroom floor made noise due to water damage. Also walking into the room i was met with a roach. "

"Very Loud mostly adjoining rooms that are paper thin. Hot tub didn’t work during stay, staff didn’t seem to care that much about anything and breakfast was mediocre at best."

"This building should be demolished. Very old and room was really bad. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. Very disappointing. We have stayed at other new or newer Fairfield Inn but this one was bad."
