"The hotel was spot on. It had everything you wanted for a relaxing stay. Beautiful views. Welcoming and attentive staff. Food and drinks were all great and delicious. Would highly recommend and definitely going to stay again"

"Check in was very slick, room a little smaller than photos - for a suite it was tiny. Breakfast was poor, service very slow and buffet choice was very limited. Emailed hotel twice to get information relating to parking, did not receive any response to either message which was very poor ."

"Me and my dog were made to feel very welcome. Only thing would be if was possible to be be given a room at the furtherest end of the corridor as to not have too many other people walking past etc as my dog and I got very little sleep due to I think being surrounded by wedding guests who ofcourse partying well into the early hours that mean my dog found it difficult to settle"

"Staff helpful and friendly. Free parking for 24 hours . Room ok BUT had a funny mouldy smell even with the window open . Good choice at breakfast. Very satisfied apart from the odour in the room . Ideal position for appointment at the Nuffield hospital"

"Our room was clean, spacious the bed was large and very comfortable, our room had great views and whilst we had a small problem with a sticky room door, we reported it and it was dealt with very promptly. We had chosen the hotel due to its location near the Theatre as it was a very short walk. There are plentiful places to eat and coffee shops etc nearby, there is a reasonable sized car park but I imagine there might be a premium on places at the height of the season, we stopped two nights midweek at the end of September. Breakfast was self service, the hot food was refreshed regularly and was plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel."
