"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and felt it was worth the price because of its great location and beautiful atmosphere. However, the air conditioning was disappointing. I’m usually someone who gets cold easily, but I was uncomfortable and hot every night, which made it difficult to sleep.
Another downside was that guests had to pay an additional fee to use the gym next door. We also paid extra for breakfast, only to find out that many people got to eat without paying. A guest told us themselves they hadn’t paid. Good for them, but it was frustrating knowing we had paid for something others were getting for free.
On a positive note, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange chocolate and flowers in our room for my husband’s birthday, and they did a wonderful job making it happen. He truly appreciated the surprise, which made our stay even more special."
"Beautiful hotel overlooking the lake. moonlight views gorgeous. room was very nice and clean. fan was helpful for the warm weather. breakfast was delicious and buffet extensive anything you could possibly want. It is a very short walk and then 61 steps to climb up from bus stop if anyone has a mobility challenge. great value relative to other places. staff was friendly and helpful"
"Great location for the train and the room was great clean tidy and a good size,
Staff were great very helpful from the moment you arrived. We had bed and breakfast which was very good quality it was a Continental breakfast but all the things were very good quality.
I would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay if you’re looking to be central, by the train station and have a short walk into the heart of the town which is a 300 mtr walk away. Great choice for me and my wife."
"The property and room are very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is excellent, lots of choices and the breakfast staff is excellent in every way,
I Definitely recommend this hotel."
"I booked this hotel for three nights. After the first night we saw bed bug and reported it to the hotel staff with a photo and video. They changed the room for us however on the second day my kids had rashes from the bed bug, We had to rush to a pharmacy to get the medicine. The staff knew it was an issue however they did not respond to my emails. I forwarded all the evidence to the health authorities and awaiting a response. Hotel not acknowledging the issue is not OK. I would advise away from straying in this hotel."
"A wonderful property with close and ideal proximity to the train station. It was very clean and modern, had a wonderful staff, and a very comfortable room. Would definitely stay there again!"
