"Night one of my stay at 3 am someone was trying to enter our room when I called the front desk they said they had thought the room was unoccupied and sent the people to try to open our door AGAIN. This went on for about five minutes. We were two girls on a girls trip and to be woken up from a deep sleep to this was quite traumatizing. The next day we went to explain the situation to the front desk and they said the manager would reach out. That never happened and the same night we went back and...

"Front desk staff and restaurant staff were quite unprofessional and not friendly. Got charged for a bottle when I only purchased a glass of wine. Slow service at the restaurant - waited 20 minutes to be attended to. Lots of other good quality hotels on this street that I would go to before this one."
