"Front desk worker was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We had a toilet that had plumbing issues and after my daughter flushed it two times it overflowed all over our bathroom. They wouldn’t bring us a plunger and it took over an hour for her to send someone to clean it up. She hung up on my daughter the first time we called and asked for assistance."

"Hopeless staff. WiFi Internet went off late night and did not come back on despite talking to staff. Continental breakfast non-existent. Speaking to others staying there, their comments mirrored mine, most going to another motel across the road."

"If it wasn’t for us getting in late we would have stayed somewhere else. We had a 2 bed room and both beds had nasty sheets/comforters. There were blood stains and yellow sheets along with dead bugs in the beds. Someone left there fake eyelashes on the wall, even the lamp shades were nasty. The door didn’t close all the way to the bathroom and mold all around the tub on the floor. We will never be staying there ever again!!!"
