"Lovely hotel, in such a fantastic location and so close to everything in the town. Right beside the harbour for boats, ferrys, cafes, restaurants, bars. Rooms were tidied everyday and restocked. Rooms were big and comfortable with aircon, and amazing views. Staffed helped where the could and advised when possible. Town is beautiful. Can really say enough good things."

Didnt really feel welcomed by some of the staff there compared to other hotels that I've been to in Italy. Anyway, a-ok hotel but just to give you guys a head's up its located up on top of the mountain. Either you can walk up and down this mountain 50 minutes each or someone has to be a designated driver....

"Nice Hotel on the water in Sirmione. Great location, great breakfast, great internet and AC. My only issue is that the room comes with only one chair for two people. The desk said there are no other desk chairs in anywhere on the property. They also do not have any luggage racks in all of the property. They said that we should put our luggage in the closet, but there is only room in the closet for one bag. Surely they could afford to have a luggage rack on the property somewhere. This is all very strange. We are used to having the hotel personnel behind the front desk when you enter to greet you and allow you to ask questions. In this hotel they are in the office and you have to ask for them to come out. Since I feel like I am bothering them, I do not get to ask my questions and I am not greeted as I enter and leave the hotel."
