Charming 2 people apartment in the heart of the city of Málaga. 1 double bed bedroom, kitchen and living room, balcony and courtyard.

THE SPACE: Wide, spacious rooms with high ceilings. Big windows. Wooden oak floors. Balcony overlooking buzz of central Malaga. Private small courtyard with lots of light. A very comfortable, newly decorated and spacious apartment ideally in the very centre of Malaga.

NEIGHBOURHOOD: The centre of Malaga is very beautiful and lively. The apartment is in the 'Picasso neighbourhood' (in fact the apartment is metres away from Picasso's birthplace) and you have everything within walking distance to enjoy the cultural, gastronomical and Andalucian highlights the city offers: museums, theatres, bars, restaurants, markets and shops. Plenty of squares and parks and streets to walk through. And the Malagueta beach with its typical 'chiringuitos' to eat the local fish and southern Spanish specialities only 15 minutes away on foot.

Clean, comfortable first-floor apartment in a great location in the old town. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen area which was fully equipped with conventional oven and hob, as well as large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and microwave. Having a washing machine, housed in the courtyard area, is a great benefit for longer stays.

Great locale and apt but Policia called by neighbor

Great location, communication, cleanliness. Cold weather so needed heaters turned on and apparently they are noisy for neighbor upstairs who called police at midnight. Shocked by police in our unit asking for passports just because using heat. Maybe not fault of owner unless heaters need repair but didn’t seem loud to us in apartment. Hot water limited but prob normal in this aged building. Enjoyed stay otherwise and would recommend as our experience an outlier! Property mgr called us to check on our safety that night which was appreciated.

Très bien situé et très calme

L’appartement est propre et bien situé ( quoique les fenêtres avant auraient besoin un nettoyage). La chambre située à l’arrière est calme et le matelas est très confortable. Très bon séjour à Malaga!

Excellent apartment

Lots of natural light. High ceilings. Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen. Great location next to Plaza Merced. Really enjoyed my 4-day stay in this unit. Check-in was at a different building, and their business hours are not 24-hours per day, so this may make it difficult for other renters (it didn’t affect me, because I arrived during their business hours). Really nice unit and building. I would 100% recommend this rental.

Letran’s apartment is stylish, clean, and in a great location. We really liked the location, as we could walk everywhere and near lots of great restaurants and shopping. The bed was large, but not the most comfortable. Like others mentioned, it can be loud at night due to the street below, but it is not an issue whatsoever if the windows are shut. We would definitely stay at Paulo’s again if we had the chance!
