"Only complaint was two of the elevators were not working so would have to wait a long time for an elevator. Was so glad that they had several usb ports in the room. I forgot to bring my travel converter plug to charge our things, so happy they had more than one. Friendly staff. Was able to get early check in too."

"Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Great location, within walking distance to transit/restaurants/convenience stores and transit. The room was very lovely and clean and the bed super comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Friendly, informative, and even surprised us with a welcome bottle of Champagne for my Husband's birthday. Great stay, would highly recommend it!!"

Rašínovo nábřeží - Riverside Residence

"This place is all about the location. If you book a room with a river view, it's a great view. We could see part of the the Castle/St. Vitus from our room which was a beautiful site to wake up to. The place was spotless when we walked in and it was nice to have a room with a dishwasher/fridge/wash machine. We were lucky with the weather, but I think the absence of AC should be more clearly communicated. Still, the owners really need a better lock system. EVERYONE staying there had trouble opening the front door with the code. They also need to figure out the trash situation - it was quite unpleasant to return at the end of the day to an overflowing trash room as soon as you entered the front door. They also could supply soap for the shower or even a place to put soap/shampoo/etc. in the shower. In other words, while the place has its issues, but we would probably stay there again during the cooler months in order to be within 25 minute walking distance Old Town, across the street from the river, and close to the trams."

Hotel Ambiance

"I stayed at Ambiance Hotel for 5 nights with my teenage son. I contacted the hotel ahead of time to request twin room, the hotel were quick responded, and a note made on our booking, and upon check-in, had been granted. Our room was lovely and spacious, with super comfy beds and a lovely big soft pillow. There were also extra blankets if we needed them. The room had plenty of space for us to hang our clothes, space for our luggage, and an in room safe for valuables. There was a desk and chair, a flat screen television, and a small fridge with ice box that came in handy for keeping cold drinks in. The view from our room was lovely. The room had air-conditioning that you could control, which was needed during the heatwave while we were in Prague. The bathroom was also a good size, with a shower and a bath tub, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. There was shampoo, and hand soap provided. As for the rest of the hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was lovely for enjoying a morning coffee (brought up from breakfast) or enjoying a cold beverage whilst reading in the evening. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of continental style options. Overall, the hotel was quite. We barely heard any of the other guests. The location was perfect! A 2 minute walk from the metro & trams. You can easily get to the airport in 40 minutes using public transport. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when visiting Prague. We really enjoyed our stay!"
