It has 3 restaurants, a buffet offering asian, indian and international food, a great italian restaurant with great pizza, and one of the best authentic thai restaurant with the most amazing staff. The hotel has a good kids.club, 3 slides for kids, a lazy river (bring your floatings), and about 3 main beaches. "This was our second time staying at joy island and we will continue to come annually. Staff and service is always extremely welcoming and helpful. This time round the buggy service was a bit slow which was a little disappointing but it was quite busy. Our server Alisha at palm beach was amazing. "
