"The property was well maintained and very attractive, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was excellent, including eggs and sausage for breakfast type sandwiches, hot and cold cereal, juices and coffee/ tea. They offered gluten free muffins (blueberry) and chocolate chip cookies. We would definitely stay there again. One other thing to mention: the room was quiet and bed comfy!"

"I stayed here with family to visit my best friend and it was the perfect place! Staff is super friendly and understanding and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The free breakfast was a great value and we liked it! It’s super clean and we’d definitely stay here again."

"It's a decent hotel in the process of doing some renovations. The restaurant does not appear to be open at the moment which was not a hardship for us. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk folks were great during the day. At night, while trying to call for the shuttle one night the desk did not answer at all. The next night, the clerk gave us a bit of a runaround. But the shuttle drivers were awesome and made sure we were not left stranded downtown. Would stay here again."

"Great place to stay, expensive but cheaper than some of the neighboring properties and you can't blame them for keeping up with the pricing up there. Staff was very nice. room was a good size beds were comfortable, great location about a 15 minute walk into town all on sidewalks. the only slight critique is that the shower has an oval shower rod so the shower curtain doesn't lay flush against the tub so water got on the floor, but no biggie. would absolutely stay again!"

"The front desk agent could have had some customer services skills. I felt uncomfortable asking for parking passes for the vehicles staying at the two rooms rented. I have been coming every year and never felt this way before but the parking passes were new."
Holiday Inn Resort Bar Harbor - Acadia Natl Park by IHG

"I have stayed on several occasions, the resort has sum what lost it’s charm. Lots of dog waste throughout the walkways. What we paid in the past was well worth it, not so much this time around. Sadly we probably will stay somewhere else next time while in Bar Harbor. The one positive note, the staff assigned to the Proctor building were fabulous."
