"Check in is scheduled for 4PM, which from my experience is late. On top of that, they charged an additional $25 for a 3PM check in and an extra $50 for a 2PM check in. That feels excessive. Directions to the parking garage and parking directions were't clear. I once did not enter the parking garage in the right way and was charged for parking. "It’s a very cute boutique style hotel. I loved receiving a key with a graduate’s name and brief bio. It’s in a great location. Very walkable. The campus provides a free shuttle to everyone . Some should have perhaps told us that. Breakfast was not included and was a little pricey. However it was very good and our waitress was really nice. I would definitely stay there again."

"If I could give it no stars I would. It’s beautiful when you walk in, but that’s an illusion. Air conditioning didn’t work and I discovered it at 2A in the morning and requested service. The attendant, who was the only one working came with a screw driver to “fix” it, He couldn’t get it to work. Big strange man at 2A in a room with my daughter and I, in a strange place… imagine how uncomfortable that was… he said that he wasn’t sure if he could get us another room because the hotel was booked...
