"I wanted to spend three nights in this spa Hotel, but unfortunately, I was ill the day I was scheduled to travel to the hotel, so ended up spending only two nights. I was met at the hotel by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who had arranged an upgraded room, given that I was unable to arrive the first evening. This was very appreciated, even if not necessary - I would have been content in the room I'd booked.
