"Overall, the room was extremely clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. Breakfast every morning was hot and fresh and delicious. The coffee available throughout the day was very much appreciated. Learned only our second day in that there is EV charging at the back of the property. It was very, very hot so the water and bananas available in the foyer were also very much appreciated as they kept us hydrated and potassium levels up."

"We were on 1st floor with renovation and got a room that was not renovated. So, room was dirty, mold in bathroom, slimy-filthy carpet, wear shoes. I assume other remolded rooms are great. This is our go to hotel and we have never experienced this."

"We thought the renovated property was really lovely. Our only problem was when we arrived there was absolutely no signage to find where we should check in or anything else."

"At check-in, I was assigned a room that was still being cleaned. The second room I was given had a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. When I requested to move a second time, several available rooms had a strong smoke odor. The room I ultimately settled into was only marginally acceptable for cleanliness. Additionally, when I requested fresh towels, I was informed by staff that none were currently available."
