"We had a wonderful stay at Kaila City Hotel. The location is absolutely excellent—very central, convenient, and within easy reach of everything, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding; rooms and common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. They truly made us feel welcome. "A cheap and cheerful apartment in a good location. A bit rough around the edges and lacked a bit in the way of pots and pans etc. but I have no doubt the extremely friendly and accommodating owners would have sorted out anything extra we might have needed (we ate out all week so this wasn't even an issue for us). Basic, as reflected in the extremely good value, but very clean with very comfortable beds and a good hot shower. For the price we paid, we couldn't have been happier."
