"The property is amazingly situated next to the beach and the Hyatt property and central to the island. Easy trips to Waimea canyon and to Princeville.The condo is beautiful. Clean, well stocked, and superbly comfortable. The patio is comfortable ALL day, always shaded. The breeze flows through the condo perfectly. We couldn’t ask for a better stay. Quiet, well maintained property grounds."

"Property was well maintained. Being that its right next to the ocean there's some rust here and there. Rooms are nice. Washer & dryer. Kitchen and we had 2 br 2 ba. Very nice walk in pool with a little bar and grill next to the pool. Great food and good drinks. There's a small gym with a sauna . Overall great place to stay. Next to ocean ,but No beach. I would recommend"

"This is a good spot for people with children as its an apartment feel and you have everything you need to cook, wash dishes or do laundry. The pool areas are dated but clean as well as the furnishings in the home. If your just a couple there would be more pampering in a hotel setting with out the hidden fees. Cleaning fees and daily amenity fres etc. this shouldve been included in original hotel cost. It was a separate charge for each day you stood there. And we were there several days and they never bothered to at least pick up the trash. Also there is noone 24hours at desk."

"House was better than the pictures! Very clean and lots of room for our family. The outdoor area was lovely and very private. The walk to Shipwreck Beach was short (5 minutes or so) and easy. Having AC in the bedrooms was nice—although the house stayed fairly cool (even in July), and there were a lot of fans. (The master bath was a bit toasty but that was minor.) Restaurants and shops were all close."
