"Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. "

"Great location just two blocks from Plaza de Armas. Nice hotel with many different type of rooms (we received an upgrade as the basic room does not have windows to outside). Check in was too long and confusing."

"We had an issue with the brakes on one of the beds. Jessica came to the room to fix the issue but was unable to correct it. So Cristian offered us to move to another room with a nice view. Excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurant team is also very good and attentive to your needs. "
