lleno de malos detalles

Bien amplio y bien situado (aunque en mi opinion es la parte menos linda en cercanías al centro de Madrid). Es como en la foto solo que todos los muebles son de Ikea y ya estan en mal estado las mesas, las sillas quemadas, las paredes manchadas nada terrible pero hace falta mantenimiento. Lo peor el piso del baño todo manchado, sucio con hongo, nos quejamos y lo limpiaron al otro dia pero muy mal llegar a hospedarse en un sitio en esas condiciones. Las toallas de cuerpo pequeñitas y delgaditas mala calidad. La ducha no desaguaba bien y se inundaba todo el baño. Aparte una noche nos quedamos tres en el apto y se acabo el agua caliente para bañarse. Cocina equipada pero los platos y vasos estaban muy sucios, los habían guardado sin lavar: un asco. El jabón liquido de la ducha totalmente lleno de agua, nos quejamos el primer dia, el segundo dia y no hicieron nada asi quedo los 4 dias de estadía. Las almohadas regulares.

Un appartement joliment décoré à procimité de tout Madrid à pied. Situé dans la rue du Rastro (le dimanche) et à 20 minutes maximum de tous les autres endroits touristiques. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

The apartment was nice. Good conditions. BUT, the area was not close to the city center as advertised. We had a scary security issue during our stay where someone was trying to get into our building, and the contact for the apartment didn’t help us at all. We also needed sheets for the sofa bed and they didn’t get to us until the third (out of 4 days total) day there, even though we asked immediately. They were supposed to be there upon arrival, so we had to squish into one bed. Also, there was no view- our window looked out at another wall. There were also no paper towels or napkins anywhere, and no safe (which was scary since someone had to come into the apartment to bring sheets while we weren’t there).

Ótimo apartamento

Ótimo apartamento com excelente custo-benefício. Localização perfeita, mas tivemos dificuldade em fazer check-in, pois não há atendimento na portaria e não nos passaram telefone para entrarmos em contato. Somente depois de 2h conseguimos que algúem abrisse a porta do apartamento.

Nous sommes allés à Madrid pour découvrir la Ville. Notre appartement était super bien situé et à proximité de commerces. La ville était tout illuminée et un sapin trônait sur chaque place : un ravissement pour les yeux. Mais quel monde !! Surtout en deuxième partie d’après-midi.de retour à notre apparthôtel tout était calme .

Nice room , if you are prepared enough.

This is not a hotel but an apartment. Even given that, there is several points to be improved. To get access your room, you have to obtain two key-codes in advance. However, you are not provided with this important information unless you make a contact to the property owner autonomously. If you go there without obtaining the key-codes, you will be locked out on the cold street! Fortunately I could get my codes just a day before I leave my home. But there was a girl who came to this property to stay without codes and she was hopelessly alone at the gate of the property in a late winter evening until I came back there after my business. She made several phone calls to operating companies but no body responded. The room is equipped with a nicely-looking kitchen. But there is no salt, sugar, oil, etc. So you have to buy or bring everything if you want cook there. Of course you can buy them at near supermarkets, but you will waste much unless your stay is long enough. The nicely-looking electrical ovens have a quite confusing unintuitive interface. However, no operation manual is provided. It took 15 minutes for me to figure out how to use it. There is a built-in laundry machine, but there is no detergent, of course. You can find no towels and no tissues, of course, although another apartment in Madrid where my colleague stayed provided them. The water drain in the shower booth (no bath tab) is very clogged. So you can easily flood the booth.

Sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, nur die Anreise ist eine Katastrophe, da die Wohnung in Central Madrid liegt und nur mit Genehmigung zu befahren ist!! Auch das Parkhaus befindet sich in diesem Bereich und kostet 30€ pro Tag und man hat keine andere Wahl. Übergabe mit Zahlencode vor Ort ohne Probleme, WLAN schlecht. Sonst eine schöne Wohnung für einen kurz Trip!

Vrij nieuw appartement, voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Wij zaten op de 3 e verdieping, lift is aanwezig. 2- pits kookstel en magnetron en oven aanwezig. Geen afwasmachine, condenseren geen probleem. Weinig opbergruimte geen kastje voor spulletjes als laptop, sleutels ed. of kapstok voor je jas. Goede locatie vlak bij het centrum, veel hoogte verschillen in de straat en stad, voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn om rekening mee te houden.

La stanza non è enorme ma più che sufficiente per due persone, ristrutturato di recente dispone di arredi recenti ma manca un armadio e la doccia con tenda non è il massimo. Posizionato molto vicino al centro e comodo alla Metro. Unica vera pecca è l'insonorizzazione quasi inesistente: sciacquone delle altre stanze, gente in strada ma soprattutto sul pianerottolo. La porta d'ingresso è talmente poco insonorizzante che quando sono arrivati i nuovi "vicini" la sera tardi ho pensato che qualcuno stesse entrando nel nostro appartamento.

L'appartamento è nuovo, moderno e pulito. Se proprio devo ricercare una pecca, dovrebbero lasciare oltre che al detersivo per i piatti anche sale, zucchero e magari olio che altrimenti si è costretti a comprare ma l'utilizzo è pochissimo

Very modern, clean and we liked the location. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Unfortunately, it had not been cleaned when we arrived and Urban Vida had to arrange for their cleaning sub-contractors to come and service it, which took 4 hours. However, in retrospect, they handled it pretty well and the apartment was spotless when we returned after dinner.

The code provided for the lock box was not right. If it wasn't for the house keeper on site in another apt. we would have never gotten into the apt without it becoming an ordeal. They never provided info about parking in hotels.com. Parking was 25€ in a nearby garage a few blocks away, this should be disclosed so families can plan accordingly. Very noisy on Saturday night. The bar on the corner goes on all night. On Sunday morning there is a farmers market on this block so you can't pull up your car to load luggage, you will need to wheel or carry your luggage several blocks to that garage. They don't provide the password for the "free Wi-Fi" up front. After several requests, they responded back advising the Wi fi password is behind the door, long after we checked out. For one night it was satisfactory to get the little ones to rest from the overseas flight, but can't say would do it again. The bed was not comfortable. Finally, there was a little kitchen with all kinds of utensils, but no wine opener.

Bonito, cómodo, limpio. Check in muy rápido con un código coges la llave y listo. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que pertenece a madrid central, nosotros tuvimos que pagar 25€ por dejar el coche una noche en un parking cercano
