"Staff is welcoming and professional, the hotel is new and clean and the amenities are great: free drinking water, gym in top condition, near the train station to take you downtown and very close to Barajas. The only tiny issue is that there is a construction going on in the neighboring lot and the noise is intense during the day.Breakfast is excellent."

"Beautiful, Amazing staff, the best sky bar in Madrid, great views of Plaza Espana, and the city. Rooms are perfect and the breakfast buffet is the best easy to start your days in the city. "Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff were lovely, the service and breakfast were excellent, and the location was great. However, the room felt too basic for the price we paid, especially as it cost more than a double room. There was no table or surface where we could put our things, no kettle to make a coffee, and no bin apart from a very small one in the bathroom. We stayed for three days, so these small things made a difference. A few basic amenities would make the room much more comfortable."
