"It is a must. Thank you for all the staff we had a great time in the beautiful Val Senales. Nothing to complain the food is amazing the spa is cool, the service is high standard. And the owners really respectful to their guests. I recomand a day to refugio Bella vista too. "

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

Die Familie ist sehr herzlich und absolut zu empfehlen ist das Abendessen (Halbpension). Salat, Vor-/Haupt-/Nachspeise mit lokalen Spezialitäten sind exzellent! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Kleinigkeit am Rande: Die Zimmer wurden täglich frisch und gut gemacht."

"Accoglienza meravigliosa, la persona ti fa sentire accolta senza fretta per entrare nel relax della zona. Ciha dato diverse dritte su cosa fare, ci ha prenotato il ristorante per la sera. Posto relax, sicuramnete da tornare in estate per chi ama le passeggiate, e comunque a 15 min dalla città di Merano"

"Room was good and nice size. Some noise from the train. Food was ok but not great and at dinner on the salty side. Service in the restaurant was terrible. Everything took forever. One night we had a wine seminar in the hotel (organized by the owner) and we mentioned it twice to the staff but they were still late and we finished 20 minutes after official start. Owner came by at the official starting time asking if we would join. We said yes, of only we could finish the delayed dinner. No...

"The owners, as well as the staff, are very friendly and helpful with tips, anecdotes, advice and friendly chat about a variety of subjects on the area, activities and the local culture. The hotel itself has a nice bar and restaurant with a variety of local food and wine and expert recommendations from the staff. Although we did not get a chance to try the Spa and outdoor pool, they both looked lovely. We hope to go back some day soon."
