Stay in View of Madison: Beautiful, spacious home on Madison Lake

Come enjoy lake living at its finest in our newly remodeled Lake Home with breathtaking views of Madison Lake from most rooms of the house!

A nice gradual walk (no steps) to the private lake shore where there is green grass area to relax, as well as a nice sandy beach with both full sun and shade trees (which can also hold the 3 hammocks we have for you to use) with a stone wood burning fire pit and chairs as well as a private dock with swim up ladder and bench to enjoy the lake where we also have a free standing lake slide in the water, 6 kayaks, a 5 person pedal boat, floaties and tubes for you to enjoy your time at the lake!

We have a huge yard to enjoy along with a wide assortment of outdoor games (XXL connect 4, Bocce ball, Corn Hole, Lawn Darts, Volleyball, Badminton, and much more!) a beautiful pond in the back also filled with beautiful wildlife! There is a road to cross over to the lakeshore area as you can see in our photos, but rest assured, it is an all way stop T in the road. Madison Lake is a lake that is defiantly perfect for all fishing for Walleye, Bass, Sunfish, Northern, Crappies and recreation of all types (great bays for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing and all other water sports) on the lake in the summer and ice fishing in the winter, or simply enjoy the views from the wrap around deck, gather around a campfire (there is a second fire pit in the back yard of the house as well!) and make a few s'mores, play bean bags or other yard games in the huge yard, take out the kayaks, swim in the lake and fish off the dock!

The View is large enough to bring your extended family and more.
Our home sleeps 12 (a playpen and highchair are also available for little ones) and can even add a few more if needed, just need to ask first! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time together with ample space for alone time as well. If weather isn't perfect, enjoy the awesome open game room downstairs with board games, Wii, huge screen tv complete with surround system, dart board and awesome air hockey! Located less than a block to North shore park, plus 3 other fun parks, just blocks from the Sakatah Singing Hills State Trail which offers 39 miles of paved trail if you prefer to bike, hike or snowmobile in the winter!
Our home is furnished with linens and towels, complete well stocked kitchen with new appliances, Culligan reverse osmosis system on fridge (ice) and sink faucet, great coffee maker, Fiber-optic high-speed internet (75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload!), office with workspace & office chair, huge laundry room and so much more!!
