"The staff was wonderful you never had to wait for anything.And the breakfast was Great also. It is an old fashion Building most rooms are on The bottom level. I like being able to pull my car up right next to my room. The room itself was very clean and up to date. They are renovating some of the rooms, and I can imagine. they will all be done by the end of the year.The one we stayed in was really nice. It is close to everything , especially the ark. Would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was very helpfull for a unforseen problem. The toilet water was running constantly, maintenance was in the room in 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful."

"The Drury Plaza was a pleasant surprise. It was our first time staying at a Drury property and we found it to be a much better and more comfortable option from other similar chain properties at the price level. The Cincinnati Florence facility was clean with ample parking. Staff were friendly and efficient. Amenities such as complimentary and substantial evening snacks and microwaves in the room were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower design and water pressure were great. The room was tidy, but there were popcorn kernels on the carpet when we walked in, probably from previous hotel guests enjoying the complimentary popcorn available in the lobby. We were traveling with our dog and we found the room size to be comfortable for two adults and our dog and her bedding placed on the floor. We were able to walk our dog on grassy areas around the property and there aresidewalks nearby but you are navigating parking lots and busy streets. All in all, a well-run, clean, and convenient property that provided us just what we needed - a good night's rest on a long journey home. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back in this direction and would recommend this property."
