When I arrived with a reservation it took 20 minutes for two young men at the desk to figure out how to work the system. I would have sworn they had never checked anyone in before (I was the only person in the line and this was the time After they had taken my ID and credit card.). The room was nominally clean, the TV reception was poor and there was not even any coffee. The “lobby” was locked and all transactions had to be made through a small service window although there was what looked like a pleasant lobby fully visible behind the locked door. With my Expedia OneKey points it was only $10, but even t that is wasn’t worth the money. I will avoid Knight’s Inns in the future.

The room was clean and updated. The exterior of the hotel needs updating and there was not breakfast as stated on hotels.com. I would recommend it thou for a cheap place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for our stay in the Lynchburg area. I think this hotel has potential to be a decent place to stay. However there is definite room for improvement! Bathrooms need ATTENTION. There was also a moist feel in the room, along with something that smelled wet. The toilet leaked and the tub clogged. The bed was comfortable and much appreciated after traveling.

I am working on an up and coming cleaning business and this place can really use a deep cleaning.I offered my services but they declined. The staff was very nice and friendly so my problem is not with them they switched me to another room. That room was actually worst than the first but I didnt want to be a complicated guest and it was only for a few hours I went and brought my own lining because theirs had stains on them and the toilet leaked all night upon many other thing that were wrong but more than like I would not go back there again.

It was the worst motel for the price it was not worth it it was dirty it was not comfortable the air conditioner didn't really work the TV was small I didn't have a coffee makeup it was just discussing I would never put out there again

impressed for the price

For the price, I was impressed. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from those at the desk to the housekeeping staff. I felt safe when outside the room, and although there wasn't much within walking distance of the hotel, there was a Walmart about 10 minutes up the road and several restaurants within about 15-20 minutes.
