"Staff was amazing. When we hot to our initial room, the ac was not plugged in and i could jot find where to plug it in. Staff came immediately but discovered prong was bent. Moved us to another room which was great, except one bed was not comfortable at all. The rest of the room was great. Overall our stay was very good. And again all the staff we interacted with were amazing."
