"clean room"

"The room was clean the bathroom was clean. All of the staff was very nice. The bathroom had a built in night light that was very helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of items. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had a room facing the highway so there was a little noise but not bad. If you are a light sleeper maybe request a room on the other side of the hotel. It is a good location that is close to The Wilds and the Appalachian Wildlife Center."

"Everything was great and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was so cloudy we couldn’t see into it. No way we were getting into it. I reported it to the receptionist and was told the pool gets cleaned once a week and that they would report it."

"The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodated our room request. The property was clean and food choices near by. The only negative comment I have was that our room had a musty smell in certain spots and it was bedding and bathroom fact were slightly dated"
