"Hannah was very helpful. Had restaurant and bar on site room was convenient."

"I finished the Mac Race at 3 am Monday, bought a room for Monday night and the night auditor let me check into another room for a few hrs. so I could get some sleep. Morning manager charged me an hourly rate which I was fine with and everyone was super helpful, polite and professional. Both rooms were clean, bigger than I thought and I loved the all-access balcony on each floor. Will def. consider staying here again."

"The grounds were well maintained. Staff was helpful. However, for a five star hotel I expected the shower in our room to be larger than a shower in an RV. Also, we had to request that the vent in the bathroom be cleaned bc there was a quarter inch of dust and mildew on the vent. We also had to call and request that our room be cleaned and to get clean linens. Even though the hotel had rooms available perhaps due to the blanket of smoke, we were charged twice the amount for two days as if there was limited availability."

"Our room was comfortable. We were originally assigned a 2nd floor room but because of our amount of luggage traveling from Florida and a family member with CP we asked for a first floor. They worked to accommodate us and were very kind about doing it. The room was clean, bathroom clean, breakfast good and staff very helpful. Beds were very comfortable as well"

"Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Location was nice, not walking distance to downtown, but a short easy drive. We stayed for one night and were very happy with the value - it's a property that certainly could use some TLC but knowing the area, the price, having experienced other hotels, etc we felt it met expectations."
