I think it was all an engineering issue. Entering the hotel, the lobby was un-airconditioned which made checking in a sweaty , uncomfortable affair. Pacific Sands Apartments
The entrance door was sticking and had to be careful that it had closed properly. Room was sufficient size but the window wouldn’t close properly. Lanai Riverside Apartments
2nd stay there and a great spot, room was not directly in the afternoon sun, so the room is not so boiling hot that the AC couldn’t cope,unlike the last place we stayed at across the road starting with an O, on our last visit to MacKay.
