"I wish I could put 0 stars, we couldn't stayed here. They never responded the phone, the address in the web page takes you to a construction site, and when asking around the town, no one knows this place. We were lucky to find another hostal for out trip last minute, if you dont want to have an unpleasent time, go other place. "

"Basic hotel in Aguas Calientes right in the heart of the town. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond to help make our stay great. Most importantly they let us shower after visiting Machu Picchu and we had already checked out. They also offered to meet us at the train station but we were walking up and found the place fairly easily. The rooms facing the street can get a bit noisy from all of the hustle and bustle. The hotel goes by a couple of names so read the email carefully...

"The team here really cannot do enough for you. Met me off the train and took me straight to get my bus ticket before the office closed. Also arranged a guide. Spotlessly clean and everything is new. Very quiet the night I was there too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. 10/10"

"The staff was very gentle but one thing that I regret, I didn't get some change. I waited for the staff's words "I will give you 3 soles later", but those changes have never been given to us."

"El establecimiento se encuentra adecuando la planta baja para un bufet y nueva recepción , que seguramente lo hará más cómodo y placentero, como todo lugar con alguna reforma crea pequeños inconvenientes que los responsables saben disimular y ponerse al servicio de los huéspedes, la ubicación es muy conveniente y hay mucha buena onda de parte de los responsables ante cualquier requerimiento¡¡¡¡ recomendable"
