Maison toute équipée située sur une colline venteuse en bout de piste de l'aéroport (heureusement ce n'est pas le trafic de Roissy ou Heathrow). Toute les commodités sont là mais il ne faut pas être regardant sur les finitions et la qualité des articles fournis. Le matelas était neuf mais le sommier avait des lattes cassées. La télé avait une image très mauvaise. Le propriétaire exige 120 euros plus une TVA pour le ménage de la maison à faire en fin de séjour alors que la propreté laissait à désirer à notre arrivée. Un nettoyage a été fait à notre demande. Le représantant de l'agence qui gère la location est réactif et toujours joignable sur WhatsApp.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Sehr preiswertes kleines Haus in der Nähe des Flughafens, leider auch mit dem dementsprechenden Lärm. Positiv hervorheben muss man die Siebträger Maschine und auch das ingesamt Platzangebot. Leider gibt es auch einige Kritikpunkte, die teilweise aber auch mit dem geringen Preis zu rechtfertigen sind. Z.B. defekte Türen/Fenster, nicht befestigte Toilette, allgemeiner Zustand von vielen Sachen einfach abgelehnt und dass das Haus sehr schwierig zu finden ist. Außerdem stimmen die Bilder mit dem Ausblick nicht, machico ist von der Wohnung aus nicht zu sehen, dafür aber der Flughafen mit dem Meer dahinter. Vor allem negativ war aber für uns die Kommunikation mit dem Host. Dieser wollte zusätzlich zur Übernachtungsgebphr noch 100€ für die Reinigung, was aber bei Hotel.com nicht angezeigt wurde. Leider war er dann auch überhaupt nicht gewillt, das Problem konstruktiv zu lösen, sondern hat nur darauf bestanden das Geld zu bekommen, weil es sich ansonsten für ihn nicht rechnet. Die Kommunikation mit Hotel.com musste ich aber selbstständig machen, und die Rechnung mit der Hotel.com kulanter Weise die Reinigungsgebühr zurpckgezahlt hat im Nachhinein hat sehr lange auf sich warten gelassen. Zusammengefasst: Unterkunft i.O., Host leider kommunikativ eine Katastrophe
