"During mine stay in Madeira I had a little cange in plans and so I looked for a place to stay just 3 days before the reservations. Considering it was August the price was really good, the staff immediatly put me in a Whatsapp group where different person of the staff wrote everything I need to know about payments, times and mods of check-in and check-out and they where responsive at any time for any question."

"The self-check-in process was OK but prior communications were not picked up until I contacted by WhatsApp. Also, information they needed for check-in was requested very last minute (literally while we were on the flight arriving). We were then harassed for information and to settle very small fees immediately despite it being Christmas Day, which tarnished the experience and didn’t feel very personal.
