Everything was OK until the staff told us that there was a marriage going to happen soon and that we gonna have to support a little noise until 2 am. And probably some limitations on the wet areas, that was solved no problem. Aside of this the experience was fine but the compensation only include us a late check out and the breakfast.

My wife and I stayed for a night to celebrate our wedding anniversary in one of the suites. The room was a little dated, but overall our stay was pleasant. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The food and service were great.

The hotel was beautiful! I went for my cousins wedding as my family is all from Ecuador, and they held their reception at the hotel. The service was fantastic, the rooms were clean and big, the shower has great water pressure, the pool was large and beautiful…everything was fantastic. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

We are very pleased to recommend this hotel staff was great hotel was very clean . We also want to mention that thanks to Mrs Diana Mírales our family was able to have a very pleasant stay .
