Great location, 250 from the beach, 1.5 km from the best shopping in Maceió, close to the main sights of the city, tourist point of the trendy Maceió waterfront, bus two blocks, near banks, galleries, shops, church, supermarkets , bakeries, lotteries, pharmacies, post office, bars, night clubs, restaurants, snack bars.
Obs. Rental only for weekends, New Year's Eve, Carnival and Special dates:
Rental of 3 days for weekends: Up to 2 people, R $ 180,00. Up to 4 people, R $ 215,00. Up to 6 people, $ 250.00 per day.
