A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. "The room was awful. The TV didn't work. I asked the staff member, and he just looked at me and said, "Sir, the TV doesn't work. The air conditioning only goes up to 24°C." I was dying of heat. I turned on the fan, and it was making a hellish noise, lots of cobwebs, water dripping from the bathroom, and there was no divider. In other words, the bathroom was completely wet after showering. The hairdryer didn't work, and there was a terrible noise coming from the room next door. I asked the staff if they could change my room, but they simply said they had no more rooms. Not to mention, I have no complaints, but they helped me with an early check-in. I was super tired from flying from MCO, a two-day trip. They're nice, but the room... Guys, Expedia shouldn't do this to us. The room is nothing compared to the photos on the website. I have videos and photos and will post them for you to see. If you're in the Maldives, invest in something better than this hotel."

"Property itself was very satisfactory. TV did not work. The door to the room is full glass with a curtain so privacy not great. Ensuite fine. Air conditioning worked. Bed linen / towels worn out. The first room I was offered had no window except the fully glass door so I asked for an alternative. The property is surrounded by noisy building works. on the plus side the property is in close proximity to the beach and other hotels and restaurants. "
