"We were in town for my daughter’s medical procedure so we spent most of the time at the hospital. But the room was very nice, beds were comfortable, staff was helpful. My wife and I are already talking about going back to enjoy the rest of the amenities. Overall, great place to stay."

"I specifically requested a downstairs room because I’m a disabled veteran and they told me no problem. However, when I checked in they told me that there were no downstairs rooms available (no elevator either). I struggled up the uneven stairs with my overnight bags and opened the room… it smelled musty and was hot because the AC was off. I dropped my bag turned the AC on and went back to the hospital where my son was in surgery. Got back around 11 pm and the room was still stifling! I called the office and told them, they brought me a key to another room and I moved. Turned the AC on in the second room and after waiting for an hour the room was tolerable but no telling if it was the AC or the fact that it was after dark and I had the door open the whole time. The new room even had crusty something smeared on the floor (I didn’t even want to guess what it was). The fridge was hot and had to put my food and drinks in the freezer to keep them from spoiling… "

"Great location to the Metrorail to take us to the rodeo with no hassles. Also wonderful location to walk around the neighborhood/park. Beds were comfortable. However, staff in restaurant and bar were lacking. Extremely rude when we asked for coffee or latte or even an extra set of silverware :( decor is cool though."

"Advertising says THREE restaurants, there is only ONE. The original restaurant closed after 3 months. Coffee bar in the lobby has minimal options."

"I had a good stay, although there was a college team there it was still very quiet. Only issue I had was there was communication issue between the front desk and the restaurant regarding breakfast. Be sure that you have that cleared and paid for at check-in."
