"Clean room, good shower. Firm bed"

"Images did not match the room. Everything is a bit old. Not dirty but also not particularly clean. A towel, for example, was still dirty."

"We stayed at Hotel del Borgo for one night before an early flight out of Bologna, and unfortunately, it was easily the worst accommodation of our entire trip through Italy. First, the room we received was not what we booked. We reserved a room with one double or queen bed but were given a room with a queen and an additional twin bed. "Walking distance to town"

"Sub standard for an Airport hotel. Pillows was horrible and mattress is very worn and old"

"Everything was wonderful. Staff could not have been more helpful and inviting"

"Nice please to stay with family. Beautiful balcony with a nice view on the city. Loved it."

"Very comfortable bed, easy directions for entry and retrieving the key. Maybe a 10 minute walk through a great neighborhood to the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium."

".The location was excellent — just a 15-minute walk from the city center and about a 25-minute walk from the train station. The host was kind, helpful, and available even at late hours. The cleanliness, bed linen, and towels were all excellent. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the refrigerator. It was really tiny, so a slightly larger one would have been more convenient."
