No family should have to go through the ordeal we did. Shame on you Expedia for having such a horrible horrible place on your list. - no working AC during the hottest days - incompetent unhelpful staff. The one time we called for assistance, the person could not speak English. On check out, even after multiple requests, hotel staff booked us a very small taxi for 4 people and luggage. Could not even book us the right size taxi - construction noise and loud street noise very early and very late - cigarette smoke everywhere. My child suffered an asthma flare - leaking bathroom, broken toilet seat - completely dark musty corridors - construction crew waiting outside our room very early morning on our departure date. We kept being asked when we will be leaving. - overall extremely poor horrible horrible conditions If I had another place to move to, I would not have allowed my family to go through this. I still have nightmares as to how and why I selected this place. Shame on you Expedia. You will never again get my business.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Ich denke, es ist ein durchnittliches drei Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer verfügt über alles notwendige, mehr jedoch nicht. Falls ein Parkplatz benötigt wird, muss dieser vorgängig reserviert werden. Bei uns hätte es keinen freien mehr. Und auch die Aussage, dass das Parkieren am 31. Dezember kostenlos wäre, erwies sich trotz mehrfachem Nachfragen als falsch.

Good place close to everything

I stayed there twice between some travel, and I was happy both times! +++ The girl at the front desk is absolutely lovely and very helpful, the breakfast is really good for 8.90euros (fresh bread and croissant!), Room has a nice size and everything was spotless (I am myself working in hotel industry so I know where to look!), you can leave your bag FOR FREE if you have to wait before leaving the city! Or when you are checking in as well - - - pillows are too hard so I was sleeping with the cushion, in my first room the shower was really really really small, I couldn't not move inside and I am not a big person

Excellent !

Cet hôtel vient juste d'être rénové. Une chambre nickel, très bien insonorisée et l'hôtel est proche des transports, commerces, restos. Une literie de très bonne qualité. De plus l'accueil a été chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner à 8,50 € assez rare pour le souligner. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Tout s'est bien passé sauf le paiement à l'arrivée qui n'était pas prévu (je pensais que cela avait été fait à la réservation) et j'étais dans une chambre avec velux automatique (pas de fenêtre), et l'automatisme n'a pas fonctionné (pour ouvrir)

Contrairement à beaucoup d'avis sur ce site, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre propre, pas d'odeurs, au 6e étage donc sans bruits, confortable (suite prestige). Séjour en amoureux très agréable

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Mais wifi inexistant dans ma chambre, moquette sale, joints de salle de bain noirs, fenêtres toutes petites dans la chambre, rideau de douche dans la douche certes propre mais pas très hygiénique, accès a l’interrupteur de la lumière du lavabo impossible pour moi qui mesure 1,5m, lumière en panne dans la chambre... on est très loin de l’idée que je me fais d’un trois étoiles... Un bon coup de neuf serait le bienvenu.

Good, clean comfortable accommodation. Friendly staff. Basic, but acceptable breakfast. Shower had good water pressure and heated quickly. Very comfortable bed. Wifi signal variable. Would stay again.

Très bien situé ds un quartier vivant. Mais réception au 1er étage pas pratique, chambre toute petite, comme la salle de bains... Cabine de douche bcp trop étriquée pour un adulte. La moquette defraichie de la chambre donne une impression désagréable de pas très propre. Forte odeur de désodorisant bas de gamme dans la chambre, pas top top... Literie moyenne...

Chambre sur rue bruyante

La suite "junior" était très grande, la literie confortable ; la salle de bains spacieuse et pratique malgré l'absence de rideau de douche à la baignoire... Mais au 3e étage, les bruits de la rue ne sont pas arrêtés par les doubles vitrages... De plus, il faudrait des voilages aux fenêtres, quand il y a un vis-à-vis direct, ça permettrait d'éviter de fermer les rideaux occultants. Le WiFi était faiblard mais fonctionnait. L'écran de télé faisait ridiculement petit sur le mur, mais je ne la regarde quasiment pas à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était suffisant, sans être exceptionnel. Le personnel était efficace et prévenant. Mais quand on dort mal dans une chambre à cause du bruit extérieur, on ne peut pas être pleinement satisfait d'un hôtel !

très bien situé si vous voulez aller au parc de la tête d'or en famille. Par contre salle de bain avec des carreaux casses. Quelques signes de vétusté. Au vu du prix devrait être rectifié. Très bon accueil

Bon hôtel

Bon acceuil, hôtel très propre, petit déjeuner très bien et au coeur d'un quartier très vivant. Seul bémol, les terrasses de café au pied de l'hôtel (donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres) mais les chambres sont climatisées.

Hôtel vieillot, chambre petite et bruyante, il a fallu réclamer avec insistance la climatisation pour qu'elle soit mise en route alors que la température extérieure était de 30 degrés celsius. Sinon emplacement très intéressant et personnel agréable.
