"This is an old house, and certain features could be deemed charming. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated some of the amenities. However, it seemed worn and bare-bones in some aspects. For example, the AC in one of the bedrooms was a stand-alone unit that was jerry-rigged to vent out the window, and the other bedroom had no AC. The screen door was broken. "Beautiful and inviting lobby. It smelled so good, clean, and I loved the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar they had. Such a nice touch. The front desk attendant was cheerful and welcoming as well. The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated that the toilet and shower were in a separate space from the mirror and sink as it made getting ready a lot easier. AC worked great and the view of the inlet was beautiful. Decent breakfast available."
