"Convenient location, staff is efficient, friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, love that coffee and breakfast are available. I would also like to add, I asked the clerk if there was a local restaurant near by that I could order food from. She gave me a menu of a place close by that would deliver food to my hotel room! Although I can't remember the name of the place, my food was delivered 20 minutes and it was very good! If you are traveling, this hotel is convenient to highways. 😊"

"Garbage was full in the cans outside. We were put in a room near the pool and it was very noisy."

"The pool was clean the guest laundry was very nice breakfast was great the waffles delicious. I stayed 3 nights and house keeping did not check on things once, but I saw them in the hall every morning and could have asked for something if I needed it."

"Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok. They had some issues checking us in - took almost a half hour! Location was very close to Hershey park. This was just a pit stop on our road trip and worked well for that purpose."

"Breakfast was fine. Staff was polite. A few small issues with our room (230). Sink drained slowly. One of the lights flickered, so we didn't use it. Couldn't find instructions for using the TV, and the remote didn't help. The biggest thing was the aur conditioner, which sounded like a motorcycle coming through the room every 10-15 minutes. Only stayed one night so none of this mattered that much. Reported these things on departure."

"The first thing that greeted us was the outside garbage container overflowing with garbage. Cleaning service personnel vaping as I walked by. The hallway carpeting was in great need to be vacuumed. "
