"This was our second time staying at Big Bear Lodge with a party of 16 and it was such an amazing time! The house is huge, fully stocked, very cozy and clean. The hot tub is a great bonus on a chilly Fall evening but one of my favorite spots is the fire pit with tons of seating for everyone along with the outdoor sound system. Brian is great and communication was wonderful! We will definitely be back again next year!!! "

"Room was clean and quiet. Refrig, microwave, and T.V. all worked great. But I did have a problem with the tub and tub faucet. First the faucet handle was lose. When I turned the water on,all I could get was very, very hot water. I had to get dressed and go out to my truck to get a screwdriver to fix it. Then when I turned the water on I noticed the bottom of the of the tub was very slippery. I slipped and fell in the tub. I tried to get up but I slipped and fell again. I had to roll over the side of the tub to keep from falling again. Very,Very dangerous!! A tub mat is needed, or something to make the tub bottom less slippery."

"We loved the retro vibe and clean space. Self-check-in and communication with the hosts were simple and friendly. We were in town for a wedding, so we fought over the single small mirror getting ready, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Room-large with good layout, extra sink outside of bathroom. Liked that the HVAC can be turned off as we had it off most of the time, despite the cold. It was also new. Our room was redone so it was clean and didn't smell funky. Great chairs that moved up and down for the table. Was able to work comfortably. WiFi was excellent and fast. 24 HR coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Coffee was weak so had the other two choices. Breakfast was fine, no complaints."
